Causes of uneven ground:

1. Excessively thick mortar is an important reason for uneven ground. Inappropriate process arrangement is also a problem that cannot be ignored. If the ground calendering time is too early or too late, the ground will be uneven. Improper curing will cause the cement mortar to dehydrate, which will result in a decrease in strength and wear resistance. The protection of the finished product is not effective, and the cement mortar floor may be damaged by freezing and form loose particles. The raw materials do not meet the requirements. The cement grade is low, and the sand particle size is too fine to cause sanding of the cement mortar surface.

2. One of the reasons for the hollowing of cement mortar floor is that the base surface is not clean and the base surface is too smooth. The adhesion between the base layer and the surface layer is insufficient, resulting in the hollowing of the surface layer. The surface of the base layer is too dry or there is water on the surface of the base layer. When constructing a cement mortar floor, a layer of plain cement mortar is generally applied to the surface of the base layer. If the brushing time is too early during the operation, the brushed cement mortar has been air-dried and hardened, which not only does not increase the bonding force but acts as the base layer. 3. Poor cement stability or hot cement just out of the kiln. The cement used has a large shrinkage during setting and hardening, and the mud content in the sand is too large. The ground will produce shrinkage cracks. If the cement mortar is too thin or the mixing is not uniform, the tensile strength of the mortar is reduced.
